You can make purchases without creating an account. However, by creating an account, you can enjoy numerous benefits, such as:

Request replacements or returns directly from your account

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON GHOUD.COM?

Simply go to "My Account" at the top of the navigation and enter your details.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a link to reset it or follow the "Forgot your password?" procedure on the "Sign In" page.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to initiate the return process.
Fill out the return form in the return page, or if you've already registered, do it directly from your GHŌUD account.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, it might be possible to cancel your purchase or request a different size. Note that you cannot add an item to an existing order.
If you need to modify your order, please call Customer Service as soon as possible, and they will help find a suitable solution.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NOTICE A DEFECT IN A PURCHASED ITEM?

Simply contact customer service or send an email to [email protected], and we will address your request as soon as possible. Remember to provide your order number and some photos of your item. Items damaged, even by mistake, after being worn will not be considered defective. However, this does not affect the buyer's legal rights.
